On Saturday, January 20th, Gear Up Private Members Club hosted its first drive of 2024, starting with a meetup at The CARS Cafe at 10:30 am for coffee and refreshments. Members eagerly gathered to embark on a journey out through Dubai’s city roads.
The convoy set off at 11:00 am after the event safety briefing, navigating the roads with precision and enthusiasm. The drive, covering a total distance of 300km, allowed members to push the limits of their cars on the exciting ascent up Jebel Hafeet mountain. As we hit the peak and saw the stunning view from the Al Ain mountain-top, the picturesque landscape provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with exhilarating moments.
Lunch was served at the Mercure Grand Hotel, where members enjoyed a tasty 3-course meal and an amazing conversation with other group members. The lunch offered a moment of relaxation and camaraderie for the participants, allowing them to refuel and share their experiences from the road.
After taking photos of the incredible convoy of cars, the group made their way back to Dubai, concluding the day’s adventure. The day was marked by beautiful views, delicious food, and a shared passion for automotive adventures, leaving members excited and anticipating the club’s upcoming events.
