On December 9th, Gear Up hosted a festive soirée at La Mar, Atlantis The Royal. Members enjoyed fine dining, drinks, and holiday cheer in an elegant setting, blending style, camaraderie, and celebration to close the year with unforgettable memories.
In April Gear Up Events & The Luxury Network partnered up to offer an exclusive invite only track day at the Dubai Autodrome. Guests were able to put their skills to the test driving their cars on the circuit as well as enjoy delicious food, luxurious shopping & engaging entertainment for a day to remember!
In February for Al Ghandi Auto we organized a thrilling track day at Dubai Autodrome for Chevrolet, GMC & Cadillac owners. Participants got their adrenaline pumping driving their vehicles around the circuit as well as test driving all the latest models they had to offer!
This winter we organized an epic road trip for Elite Group Holding for their customers to drive their Jetour T2’s on a scenic route to Hatta. With epic photo stop opportunities along the way & finishing with a fantastic lunch in Hatta Fort Hotel.
From 10–16 November 2023, Gear Up and Bridgestone hosted a supercar rally with 30+ participants across the UAE and Oman, featuring scenic drives, luxury stays, thrilling activities, and cultural experiences for elite members from the UAE and USA.
Gear Up Events celebrated DeWalt’s 100th anniversary at Dubai Autodrome with tool demos, racing simulators, pit stop challenges and a McLaren drive. The two-day event blended precision, excitement and expert planning, showcasing DeWalt’s legacy and innovation in an unforgettable experience.

On 25th January, Gear Up Private Members Club hosted a thrilling karting event at Dubai Outdoor Kartdrome. Members swapped supercars for karts, competing fiercely after qualifying rounds, with trophies awarded and celebrations continuing over dinner at Petit Belge.
Gear Up members enjoyed a final scenic drive before summer, starting at Cars Café and ascending Jebel Jais. With stunning views, spirited driving, and a three-course lunch at 1484 By Puro, it was a perfect send-off before events resume in October.
